Set up and run group classes — class library, scheduling, recurring class series, courses, attendees, check-in and instructor management.
Track who attended your classes by marking attendance directly from the calendar. You can mark students individually or in bulk, and configure whether attendance is tracked automatically or requires manual check-in. This helps you maintain accurate records and manage pass usage.
Export your class attendance records to Excel or CSV format for reporting, record-keeping, or further analysis. The exported file includes customer names, attendance status, pass information, and when applicable, a dedicated column showing which dependent attended on behalf of the primary account holder.
One-off classes are perfect for special events, workshops, or any class that happens only once and doesn't repeat on a regular schedule. Unlike repeating classes, one-off classes are manually created for a specific date and time.
Class rooms allow you to define the physical spaces where your classes take place. This helps customers know where to go and helps with internal scheduling. This article explains the settings available when creating or editing a class room.
The Classes section is where you manage all the classes and services your business offers. This overview explains the three main tabs: Classes, Class Categories, and Class Rooms.
When you click on a class to edit it, you'll see three tabs: Summary, Edit, and Log. The Edit tab contains all the settings organized into different sections. This article explains each section and its settings.
When customers frequently cancel or miss classes, the system can automatically restrict their booking privileges. This helps reduce vacant spots and improve classroom efficiency.
Use the built-in filters to quickly find classes with available spots, identify fully booked classes, and track overbooked sessions. This helps you manage capacity and assist customers looking for open classes.
Set up a monthly release schedule so next month's classes automatically become available for booking on the same date and time each month. This is perfect for studios that want to create excitement around class releases and give all customers an equal chance to book popular classes.
In the system, create courses and explain the course category mechanism to help you organize courses into groups, making it easier for customers to browse and filter them. This article explains the settings available when creating or editing course categories.
This was officially implemented in version 13.00 and you can set Closures starting from version 13.01.Use 'Closures' to set the studio's closed days or schedule change days on the calendar, so students can see these updates.
A closure is a date range during which your business is shut — public holidays, maintenance days, staff training, or any time you don't want bookings to happen. Saving a closure blocks customer bookings for that period and can automatically cancel the classes that would have fallen inside it.
Repeating classes are the most efficient way to schedule regular classes that happen on the same day and time each week. Set them up once, and they'll automatically appear on your calendar every week without manual scheduling.
When you save a new repeating class, the individual class instances are added to the calendar immediately — you'll see them populated within seconds. After that, the calendar is regenerated by an automatic daily job so future weeks keep rolling forward as time passes.
Deleting a recurring class is irreversible and immediately cancels every future occurrence. If customers are already booked into those occurrences, their reservations are cancelled and their passes refunded automatically. This article explains exactly what happens, what the system warns you about, and the safer alternatives.
When you need to cancel just one instance of a recurring class — a holiday, an instructor illness, a one-off conflict — you don't touch the recurring template. You cancel only that day's class from the calendar. The rest of the series continues as scheduled, customers booked into the cancelled day are notified and refunded, and you can restore the class later if plans change.
