Classes Tab
The Classes tab displays all the classes and services your business offers. Each class is a unique entry in the system, even if multiple classes share the same name.
Key information shown:
- Class Name - The name of the class displayed to customers
- Cover Photo - Visual representation of the class
- Category - Which category the class belongs to
- Duration - How long the class runs
- Points - Points required to book (if using a points-based pass system)
- Size - Maximum number of participants
Actions available:
- +NEW - Create a new class
- REORDER - Change the display order of classes
- OPTIONS - Filter and customize the view
- Search - Find specific classes quickly
Using the Reorder screen:
- Drag the handle at the left of a row to move that class.
- Tap or click a row to select it. You can select as many rows as you need and they do not have to be next to each other; selected rows are highlighted together as a group and move as one block when you drag any of them.
- Use the up and down arrows at the right of a row to move that row - or the whole selection - one place at a time. The arrows are unavailable at the top or the bottom of the list.
- Instead of dragging, you can click the gap where the selected rows should go. Hover over the gap between two rows and click, and the whole selection moves there. A highlighted line shows exactly where the rows will land, there is also a gap after the last row so you can send the selection to the end of the list, and clicking a gap that would not change the order does nothing.
- While rows are selected, a bar appears at the bottom of the screen showing how many are selected, with Move to top, Move to bottom and a button to clear the selection.
- Discard, next to Save in the page header, puts the list back to the order it had when you opened it.
- Rows can also be handled with the keyboard: Tab moves between rows, and Enter or Space selects or deselects the row in focus.
Your new order is only kept once you press Save. The same reorder screen is used for class categories, class rooms, passes, instructors, photo albums and help centre articles.

Class Rooms Tab
The Class Rooms tab allows you to define physical spaces where classes take place. This is an optional feature that helps customers understand where their class will be held.

When to use class rooms:
- You have multiple rooms or studios
- Different rooms have different equipment or atmospheres
- You want to show customers where their class will be held
- Helps with internal scheduling and resource management
