Choose a check-in method
Check the location name at the top of the screen before you begin.
- On a tablet or computer: show your member QR code to the camera, or use the phone or email input beside it.
- On a phone: if method buttons are shown, tap Scan QR code, Phone number, or Email. Use Back to choose another method.
- On the older kiosk screen: use the scanner or the Sign in by email field.
Only use the methods shown on your screen. Phone digits are available when the studio enables them.
Check in with your member QR code
- On your own phone, sign in to the studio's booking app or booking website.
- Open Account, then My QR Code or QR Code.
- Show that code to the kiosk camera. Keep the whole code inside the preview guide and hold it steady.
- When your account opens, check the name and confirm attendance for your booked class.
If the code will not scan: increase your phone's screen brightness, avoid reflections, and move the code slightly closer or farther away. Use the member code from the correct studio.
If an invalid-code message appears: move the code out of view, then show your member QR code again. The studio's printed entry QR code is different from your personal member code.
If the preview is unavailable: allow camera access when prompted and tap Try camera again, if shown. You can also use email or an enabled phone option, or ask reception for help.
Check in with your email address
- Select Email or Use my email instead, if needed.
- Enter the email address saved on your studio account.
- Tap Check in, or Proceed on the older kiosk screen.
- If more than one account is shown, select your own name.
No account found? Check the spelling and use the email address you registered with. If your account uses a different address or needs updating, ask reception for help. You do not need to enter your account password into this kiosk email field.
Check in with your phone digits
If phone check-in is available, the heading tells you how many digits to enter. For example, Last 4 digits of your phone means the final four digits of the number saved on your account.
- Enter exactly the requested number of digits, including any zero at the start of those final digits.
- Use Delete to remove the last digit or Clear to start again.
- Tap Check in and select your own name if several accounts match.
Use your registered phone number, not a password. If the number is missing or out of date, try email or your member QR code and ask reception to update your account.
Confirm your booking and finish
Finding your account is the first step. On the next screen, Your bookings lists your classes for today with the start time, class name, instructor and room. Tap the Check in button beside a booking to confirm attendance; it then reads Checked in. If you have more than one class today, check in to each one separately.
If you have nothing booked today, the screen shows Upcoming classes instead: your studio's classes at this location over the next 7 days, with whether a space is still available. That list is for information only, so book from the app or booking website.
If a booking you expect is missing, check the date and location with reception. The new kiosk checks you in to existing bookings; it does not create a class booking.
Complete any required waiver shown on screen. When finished, tap Finished so the next person sees the start screen. The new kiosk also returns to the start screen by itself after about a minute without activity; a countdown is shown at the bottom before it does.
Open check-in from the studio's printed QR code
If your studio provides a printed check-in QR code, scan it with your own phone's camera and open the link. Confirm the location, then choose an available sign-in method.
If the page says Please scan QR code again, scan the printed studio code again. Reloading or reopening the kiosk page does not keep visitor access. The printed code opens the check-in page; it does not identify you or mark a class as attended.
If your member QR code is on the same phone, email or phone digits may be easier than trying to scan that screen.
First visit or instructor check-in
First visit: if registration is available, tap First time here or Sign Up. On the new kiosk, enter your email address, first name and last name, then tap Continue. You can add a profile photo on the next step so the team recognises you, or skip it and continue. If the studio uses a waiver and you have not accepted the terms yet, they are shown for you to accept. If the email address is already registered, sign in with it instead. Creating an account does not reserve a place in a class. Ask reception if you need help with a booking or cannot see a sign-up option.
Instructors: find your account using an available method. If the studio has enabled instructor check-in, the Teaching panel lists the classes you are teaching at this location today, with the start time, room and how many people are attending. Use Enter when you arrive and Leave when you finish; Today's check-ins underneath shows the times already recorded. Confirm the status shown, then tap Finished.
