What this setting controls
The start-of-week setting tells the calendar which weekday to use as the first column when displaying weeks. The same value is used on both the admin calendar and the customer-facing calendar so they stay aligned.
How to change start of week
Go to Admin → Settings → Calendar → Start of week. Pick a value from Sunday through Saturday and save. The default is Sunday.
