What this setting controls
Attendance visibility controls who can see the list of attendees (and how much detail) for each class. You can choose between hiding the list entirely, showing only the number of attendees, showing how many spots are still open, or showing attendee names.
Per-audience matrix
Recent versions show a per-audience matrix with four rows — Staff, customers with an active pass, logged-in customers without an active pass, and unauthenticated visitors — and four visibility levels per row: Hidden, Spots, Count or Names. This gives you granular control such as "names for active customers, count for visitors".
How to change attendance visibility
Go to Admin → Settings → Calendar. Use the per-audience matrix at the top to set what each audience can see, then save. Changes take effect immediately on the customer side.
