What this setting controls
Booking open time sets the earliest moment customers can book a given class, relative to that class start time. For example, setting it to 24 hours means customers can only book classes once their start is less than 24 hours away. A companion time-of-day field lets you fix the cutoff to a specific clock time (e.g. "1 day before, at 09:00").
How to configure
Go to Admin → Settings → Reservation → Open time for reservations. Pick a value from 0 (no restriction) through 12 weeks. When non-zero, a time-of-day picker appears underneath for the cutoff hour. Save.
