Allow customers to keep separate logins while sharing eligible passes, and manage their shared-account membership from either the Shared Accounts list or an individual user.

What this setting controls

Shared accounts let multiple people log in to the same account, each with their own credentials, while sharing the account's passes. Best suited to friend groups, colleagues or club members — for family relationships, use Customer dependencies instead so dependents have their own profiles.

How to enable

Go to Admin → Settings → Customer → Shared accounts. Turn the toggle on and save. Customers can then manage shared access from their Account → Shared accounts page.

Administrators can create and manage groups from Users → Shared Accounts. To add one existing customer directly to an existing group, open that customer under Users, select the Shared accounts tab, and choose Add. Search for the group and select it. Groups the customer already belongs to remain visible but are disabled and marked Already selected.

The direct Add action updates the chosen group's complete member list; it does not create a new group. Use Users → Shared Accounts → New when the required group does not exist, or open an existing group when several members need to be reviewed together.

Per-pass sharing

Passes attached to the account can be individually marked as shared or personal. The system tracks which passes are part of the shared pool and which belong to a single member so each person can have their own private pass alongside the shared ones.
