What this setting controls
Restrict booking by pass expiration stops customers from booking a class that is scheduled to take place after their pass expires. When on, the pass is hidden from the booking picker for those classes. When off, customers can still book classes beyond their pass expiry — useful if you allow grace periods.
How to enable
Go to Admin → Settings → Pass → Restrict booking by expiration date. Turn on and save. The default is off.
