Allow bookings beyond a class capacity, optionally routing extras to a waiting list.
Overbooking lets admins force-add customers beyond a class's set capacity. Useful when walk-ins arrive at a full class and you want to squeeze them in. Customers cannot self-overbook — this only affects admin booking actions.
Go to Admin → Settings → Reservation → Overbook classes. Turn the toggle on and save. The default is off.
Control which audiences (admin, instructors, customers) can see the attendee list for each class.
Set when bookings open relative to each class start time.
Charge customers a penalty when they cancel after the cancellation deadline.
