What this setting controls
Multiple reservations at once lets customers book multiple future dates of the same recurring class or course in one action (for example, Mondays at 9am for the next three weeks). When disabled, customers select one date at a time. It does not enable multiple people or spots in the same class session and does not override One reservation per class.
Two dependents already exist but cannot book the same class session? Check Admin → Settings → Reservation → One reservation per class. The limit applies to the primary customer account, including its dependents, not separately to each attendee. For ordinary class bookings, turn this restriction off and save to allow two dependents under the same account to book the same session. This change applies to all customer accounts. Enabling dependents alone does not override the restriction. If it is already off, check the actual booking error, class capacity and pass eligibility instead of assuming this switch is the cause.
How to enable
Go to Admin → Settings → Reservation → Multiple reservations at once. Turn the toggle on and save. The default is enabled.
