Restrict customer access to specific features or pages of the booking system.

What this setting controls

Lock customer access automatically blocks a customer's ability to log in and book new classes if they accumulate too many no-shows within a defined time window. Useful for enforcing your no-show policy without having to manually monitor every customer.

How to configure

Go to Admin → Settings → Customer → Lock customer access. Turn the toggle on, then set three numbers:

  • No-shows allowed: 1 to 5 missed classes
  • Time window: 7, 14, 21, 30, 60, 90, 180 or 365 days
  • Unlock after: 0 (manual only), 1, 12, 24, 48, 72, 168, 336, 504 or 672 hours

Customers receive an automated email when they are locked. You can also unlock anyone manually from the customer page.
