Picking a pass during booking
When you reach the Select pass step on a class detail page, tap to open the picker. Each pass shows its name, price, remaining visits (or ∞ for unlimited memberships) and any status badges (Unverified, Unpaid). Only verified, paid and eligible passes are selectable.
If you have multiple eligible passes
The system shows all passes that can be used for the chosen class. Active, verified passes appear first. Choose the one you want — many customers pick the pass closest to expiry first to make sure no visits are wasted. Once selected, the pass name appears in the field and the Reserve spot button enables.
No pass? Buy one first, or buy it while booking
What happens when you have no eligible pass depends on the business's Buy a pass while booking setting, under Settings → Payment settings. It can be set separately for each location, and separately for calendar classes and appointments.
- If the business allows it for calendar classes — you can book straight away. Your spot is held and the required pass is offered in the booking confirmation step, so you pay for the pass and the booking in the same checkout.
- If the business does not allow it — the booking button changes to Purchase pass. Tap it to see the passes this class accepts, buy one, then come back and finish the booking.
If the business does not take online payment, you are pointed at the business to arrange the pass instead.
When there is nothing to pay: if you are logged in and the booking costs nothing, for example because it uses a free pass, you finish it right in the booking screen. Sign any pass waiver and fill in any intake form as they appear, and the booking is confirmed without going to checkout. Checkout still opens if your cart already had other items before this booking, if the cart contains a subscription, or if a price applies. If you back out of a waiver or form, you continue to checkout as usual.
If signing a waiver does not save: you see the message Failed to submit. Please try again. and the waiver stays open, so you can sign it again.
