Open your profile
Tap Account in the main navigation. Tap your name and email at the top — under your profile picture — to open the Personal Information page.
Editable fields
- First Name and Last Name
- Email Address (must be unique)
- Phone Number
- Birthday — opens a date picker
- Address
- Any custom fields your studio has added (emergency contact, health conditions, etc.)
Required fields are marked with a red asterisk; some text fields show a character limit (e.g. "50 chars remaining").
Save your changes
Scroll to the bottom and tap Save changes. If the email you entered is already in use by another account you will see the red error "Email address already exists" — change it and try again. After saving you return to the Account page and your changes are live.
