How to update your profile and contact information

Open your profile

Tap Account in the main navigation. Tap your name and email at the top — under your profile picture — to open the Personal Information page.

Editable fields

• First Name and Last Name
• Email Address (must be unique)
• Phone Number
• Birthday — opens a date picker
• Address
• Any custom fields your studio has added (emergency contact, health conditions, etc.)

Required fields are marked with a red asterisk; some text fields show a character limit (e.g. "50 chars remaining").

Save your changes

Scroll to the bottom and tap Save changes. If the email you entered is already in use by another account you will see the red error "Email address already exists" — change it and try again. After saving you return to the Account page and your changes are live. From the Account page you can also tap Logout to sign out at any time — the Logout option is now always available, including when using the app inside LINE.

Choosing your language

The Account page also has a Language selector. Pick English or 中文 and the choice is applied everywhere in the app straight away and remembered for your next visit.

• Until you choose a language, the app displays in Chinese by default.
• If you open a link that starts with a language prefix — for example /en/register or /zh/register — that link's language takes priority over your saved choice, and is saved as your new choice.
• If a saved language setting is out of date or not recognised, the app corrects it back to Chinese instead of leaving screens in the wrong language.
• Clearing storage from the app version screen also clears your saved language, so the app goes back to the Chinese default until you choose again.
