Find the booking
Open Inbox → Upcoming Classes, or scroll to the Upcoming Classes section on the Home page. Find the class you want to cancel.
Check the cancellation status
Each booking has a coloured status line:
- Green Cancellation allowed — you are inside the free cancellation window.
- Green with penalty — you can still cancel but points will be deducted.
- Red Cancellation not allowed — the window has closed; contact the business if you need help.
Cancel
Tap the red Cancel reservation chip below the status, or swipe left on the booking and tap the trash icon. Confirm in the dialog that appears. The booking disappears from your upcoming list; if a penalty applied, the points are deducted from your pass.
