Step-by-step guide for customers: find a class on the calendar, pick a time and confirm a booking.

Find a class on the calendar

Open the booking app or website and tap Calendar. Browse the list or week view to find a class you want — each card shows the time, class name, instructor and location. Tap the class to open its detail page.

If you already hold a place in that class, tapping it opens your booking instead: you see a green Reservation card with the cancellation policy for that session, and a Make another reservation row if you want a second place — for a friend or a dependent, for example. That row only appears while the session is still open for booking and when the class allows more than one booking per day. Your bookings also appear under Inbox → Upcoming Classes and on the Home page.

Review the booking options

In the new calendar booking window, review the public notice near the top, availability, price, and the Payment Options and Equipment rows where they apply. Pass-only, one-off payment, and pass-or-payment classes are labelled before you book.

If the class has a fixed Booking quantity, the quantity control is hidden and the displayed number is the complete package. For example, Class Size 4 with Booking quantity 2 reserves two places and requires two free seats; you cannot change it to one. When Booking quantity is empty and the business allows multiple reservations, you may choose the number of places.

Tap Book This Class. The older class screen instead asks you to select an active pass first and uses Reserve spot. A full class shows Full or offers its waiting list when enabled.

Confirm your booking

The confirmation window walks through each selected class/date. A progress indicator shows the current item when several dates are being booked together.

Review the pass or one-off payment choice, who is attending, and equipment. A fixed Booking quantity uses one payment/pass selection for the complete package: one pass must have enough visits for every place, and the chosen account holder or dependent applies to all places.

When a logged-in customer can reserve with an existing pass, or no pass/payment is required and no paid equipment is offered, the new calendar flow can complete the reservation immediately and show Booking confirmed! without a countdown. Any paid equipment option, a required pass purchase, one-off payment, deposit, or another amount due keeps a short hold and sends the booking to checkout.

If the connection drops, reopen the app to resume an active held confirmation rather than creating the booking twice.
