The full journey
- Open the appointment flow from the customer side menu or app launcher.
- Step 1: pick a class (or an instructor, depending on the configured booking flow order).
- Step 2: pick an instructor from those connected to the chosen class.
- Step 3: pick a date from the calendar. Dates beyond the time-frame limit are greyed out; dates with no available slots show no time options.
- Pick a time from the available time slots for that date.
- Confirm on the reservation summary screen, including any add-on group selections.
- See the success screen with the booking details. The reservation appears in the customer's upcoming bookings.
Variations by booking-flow configuration
If you reordered the booking flow to start with the instructor, the journey becomes Instructor → Class → Date instead. If you disabled the Classes step, the customer skips straight from picking an instructor (or being shown a default) to picking a date.
