Hide from customers
When enabled, the pass is hidden from the customer-facing pass list — customers cannot see or purchase it themselves. Admins can still sell the pass directly (for example at the front desk or through a direct link), which makes this ideal for staff-only packages, special offers, or legacy passes you no longer promote.
One reservation per day
Limits the customer to making one booking action per day with this pass, counted by the day the booking is made. For example, if a customer books a class this morning, they cannot make another booking with this pass until tomorrow — even if the second booking is for a class on a different date.
Use this when you want to pace how quickly customers consume their pass, or to stop customers block-booking many classes at once.
One class per day
Limits the customer to holding one class on any given day with this pass, counted by the class date. A customer with a Monday class already booked cannot book a second class for that same Monday — but they can freely book classes on other days, all in one sitting.
This differs from "One reservation per day": that setting limits when bookings can be made, while this one limits how many classes can be held on the same day. If a booking is blocked, the pass shows as unavailable with the reason "One class per day", and the customer's already-booked dates determine which days are unavailable. Cancelling a class frees that day up again.
Transfer pass
Controls whether the customer can transfer this pass to another customer by themselves. Note that pass transfers must also be allowed in your business's pass settings — this toggle only applies to this specific pass.
