Reorder the items in the customer-facing side menu so the sections your customers use most appear at the top. Items hide and show automatically based on which custom features are enabled — there is no manual hide control.

What this setting controls

The customer side menu setting controls the order of items in the side drawer customers see in the booking app. Items available for reordering include Classes, Class Rooms, Passes, Instructors, About Us, News/Blog, Instagram, Facebook News, Reviews, Shop, Loyalty Rewards and Photo Albums — but only the ones enabled for your business actually appear.

How to reorder the menu

Go to Admin → Settings → Customization → Customer side menu. Drag and drop each menu item into your preferred order. The order is saved as a comma-separated list of item IDs and applied the next time the customer drawer is opened.

Hidden items

You cannot reorder a menu item that is disabled at the feature level. For example, if the Loyalty Rewards feature is off, the item is filtered out of the drawer before the saved order is applied. Enable the feature first, then come back here to position it.

What each menu item shows

So you know which items to prioritise, here's what each one opens for the customer:

  • Classes — the class calendar where customers reserve a spot.
  • Class Rooms — info about each room or location.
  • Passes — the pass catalogue customers can browse and buy.
  • Instructors — the instructor profiles and bios.
  • About Us — your business description page.
  • News / Blog — your published news posts and blog entries.
  • Instagram — your latest Instagram feed.
  • Facebook News — your latest Facebook posts.
  • Reviews — customer reviews of your business.
  • Shop — the shop catalogue if you sell non-class items.
  • Loyalty Rewards — the customer's loyalty point balance and rewards.
  • Photo Albums — class or appointment photos you've shared.

Most studios put Classes, Passes and Calendar near the top. Marketing-style items (Instagram, Facebook News, Reviews) usually live further down because customers don't open them daily.
