What this setting controls
The Customer login toggles control which sign-in buttons appear on the customer-facing login screen. Each toggle maps to one method:
- Email — classic email + password registration and login.
- Google — one-tap sign-in with a Google account.
- LINE — sign-in with a LINE account via LINE Login.
- Facebook — sign-in with a Facebook account. Only appears for businesses that have been approved by the system to use Facebook Login.
- Apple (iOS only) — Sign-in with Apple, shown only inside the iOS app or on iOS Safari.
Each method is independent. A customer who registered with one method can still link extra methods to their account later from Account → Security.
How to enable or disable a method
Go to Admin → Settings → Customer → Customer login. Flip the toggle for each method on or off and save. Changes apply immediately to the next customer who opens the login screen.
Heads-up: disabling a method only hides its button on future logins — existing customers who registered with that method can still sign in using it. To force them onto a different method, ask them to reset using email + password and we'll keep their booking history intact.
Recommendations by audience
Pick the methods that match where your customers already have accounts:
- Taiwan-based studios — Email + LINE covers ~95% of customers. Apple is a low-cost extra for iPhone users.
- Western / global studios — Email + Google + Apple covers iOS and Android natural defaults.
- Studios with branded apps — Apple is mandatory in the iOS App Store rules. Keep it on.
If in doubt, enable all available methods. The login screen handles the layout cleanly with up to five buttons.
