What this setting controls
Cancellation rules let customers cancel their bookings within a defined window before class start. You can turn cancellation on or off, and set how many minutes before class the window closes. Outside that window customers cannot cancel themselves — they must contact you, or use the separate cancellation-with-penalty option if you have it enabled.
How to configure
Go to Admin → Settings → Reservation → Reservation cancellation. Turn the toggle on, then enter how many minutes before class start cancellation should close. The picker accepts hours plus minutes (e.g. 24 hours = 1440). Save when done.
Defaults
The default is cancellation enabled, with a 60-minute window before class start. Existing bookings are not affected by rule changes — only future cancellation attempts use the new window.
