When you open an active Dynamic subscription under Upcoming payments, you can now add a discount that applies only to that customer's subscription.
- Choose One-off for a single billing month, or Ongoing to apply it every month starting from the month you choose. You can pick any of the next six billing months.
- Enter a fixed amount off and add a private staff note so your team knows why it was given.
- A subscriber's own discount takes the place of their original promotion. Discounts are never added together, and a charge can never go below zero. If the discount covers the full amount, that month's renewal is free.
- The amount you see before the payment is the exact amount the customer is charged, including when a declined card is tried again.
- To change a discount, disable it and add a new one. Every discount stays in the list as Active, Disabled or Expired, along with how much it has saved the customer so far, and each change is recorded in the activity log.
- A new Past payments tab shows each payment for the subscription, with its date, amount, status and any discount applied.
- For Static subscriptions, you can now see up to six estimated upcoming payment dates and how many payments are left.
