You can now give one customer's Dynamic subscription its own discount, from the subscription page or by asking your admin assistant.
- See each upcoming payment, which months can still be discounted, and the discounts already applied to past payments.
- Take a fixed amount off for one month or for that month and every month after, with an optional note.
- A one-month discount takes priority over an ongoing one, and a customer's own discount replaces any promotion instead of adding to it.
- Ask your admin assistant, for example "Give Amy 200 off her swim subscription from January". It shows you the customer, month and amount and asks you to confirm before saving.
- Your assistant can also switch a discount off or back on. To change an amount, switch the old discount off and add a new one.
- Payments already made or already prepared do not change, and adding a discount never charges or refunds the customer straight away.
