To help businesses synchronize customer data more efficiently with external systems, we have expanded the data fields returned by the Users API.
The updated Users API now provides the following additional customer-related data fields:
- Last Login
- Account Role
- Last Attendance
- Customer Branch
- Custom Field 1 (custom questions collected during registration)
- Custom Field 2
- Custom Field 3
- Custom Field 4
This enhancement allows businesses to access more comprehensive customer data and integrate more smoothly with third-party tools, CRM platforms, or internal management systems.
With richer data available through the API, teams can better track customer activity and manage operational workflows with the information needed for informed decision-making.
