To improve the accuracy and clarity of attendance records, we have enhanced the attendance list export functionality.
Previously, when attendance was recorded on behalf of a dependent, only the primary user's name was shown in the exported file, which could lead to confusion. With this update:
- A new "Dependency" column has been added to the exported file
- The primary user's name remains in the original user column
- When applicable, the dependent's name is clearly displayed in the "Dependency" column
This improvement makes it easier to distinguish between the account holder and the actual attendee, ensuring attendance records are complete and accurate.
With clearer data in your reports, your team can manage attendance tracking and operational workflows more efficiently and with greater confidence.
