You can now shape how your customer chatbot looks and where it appears, and try it out safely before turning it on.
- Give the assistant its own name (Obie by default) and pick an avatar style, or use your own image.
- Choose whether the chatbot appears on your booking site, your own custom domain, or both.
- Turn the opening greeting on or off, and edit the English and Chinese greeting text.
- Try the customer chatbot yourself in a testing mode - it can only read, never book or change anything, and its conversations are kept separate from real customer chats.
- Testing conversations appear alongside customer and LINE chats in your chatbot activity and usage views, clearly labelled as testing.
- Customers only see the chatbot once you have switched it on for your site or custom domain.
- If you use the LINE integration, its AI reply mode can now be switched on from the same chatbot settings.
