Connecting your business to an outside AI assistant is no longer read-only. You now decide the access level when you approve the connection.
- When you pick the business to connect, you choose Read only or Read and make changes. Read only is selected by default.
- The choice is shown only when the outside service asks for permission to make changes, and your choice is saved with the connection.
- With changes allowed, the assistant can update things like business details and locations, class categories, rooms and classes, passes and customer passes, schedules, repeating classes and courses, appointment availability, attendance and bookings, and customer or instructor records.
- Every change still follows your own staff permissions for the selected business, and the assistant asks you to confirm before making one.
- If you prefer the previous behaviour, leave Read only selected and nothing can be changed through the connection.
