Connecting your business to an outside AI assistant is no longer limited to looking things up - you can now let it make changes for you.
- When you approve the connection, you choose read-only access or read and write access. Read-only stays selected by default.
- With read and write access, the assistant can help with everyday admin work such as updating your business settings, locations, classes, rooms and categories, equipment, passes, customers, promotions, loyalty settings, shop products, intake forms and surveys, notification settings, tags, instructors and their hours, schedule sessions, recurring classes, courses, and attendance.
- Every change is shown to you in full before it happens, and nothing is saved until you approve that exact change.
- Your own staff permissions still apply, so the assistant can only do what your role already allows, and only for the single business you connected.
- Sensitive actions stay off limits for now, including payments and balances, staff and access permissions, sending messages or emails to customers, and cancelling subscriptions.
- If you choose read-only, the assistant simply cannot make any changes at all.
