We have tightened what an outside AI assistant connected to your business is allowed to change.
- Adding a new customer or a new instructor is no longer available through a connected outside assistant, because both actions send a welcome email to that person. You can still do this in your admin, and the built-in assistant can still help you with it.
- Publishing a survey is now clearly marked as a permanent change before you approve it, since publishing creates to-dos for your customers and locks the survey questions and their order.
- Read-only actions are now described accurately as look-up only, so it is clearer which requests can change nothing at all.
