Booking an appointment for a customer is now more accurate.
- The Paid / Unpaid choice only appears when the booking is not paid with a pass. Bookings covered by a pass no longer get a separate payment status.
- After you confirm a booking, the half-made reservation is cleared and no longer comes back later.
