Several improvements to the AI assistant for studio owners and their customers.
- Weekly availability editor: when you set up appointment availability with the assistant, you now choose the open days and the exact time ranges for each day in one step. Different days can have different hours, and a day can have more than one range (for example a morning block and an afternoon block).
- Invalid hours are no longer guessed: if a submitted time range is not usable (such as an end time equal to the start time), the assistant re-shows the same form for you to correct instead of filling in hours you never entered.
- Preview as a customer: in the assistant test chat you can now try the conversation as a specific customer, or as a logged-out visitor, to see exactly what each of them would be shown.
- Named training knowledge: your training notes can now be saved as separate named entries instead of one long text box, so the assistant can be given tidy, clearly labelled facts and rules.
- More reliable feedback: a thumbs-up or thumbs-down on a form the assistant showed you now always applies to the right message, even after reloading the page.
