This update makes exporting your data easier and gives you more control over how your AI assistant is trained.
- One Export button: tables now have a single Export menu with CSV, Excel and the new Copy option. Copy places the table on your clipboard so you can paste it straight into a spreadsheet.
- Faster downloads: exports now download in one click instead of two, including on Safari and iPhone.
- Multiple knowledge entries: the assistant's Knowledge training section is now a list. Add as many named entries as you like, edit or delete them, and switch any entry on or off without deleting it.
- Test as a customer: in the Evaluation test chat you can now pick a customer and see the answers exactly as that person would, or leave it empty to test the logged-out experience.
- Weekly availability: when the assistant asks for opening or instructor hours, you now set them with the familiar weekly schedule editor - pick the days, add several time ranges per day, and copy one day to another.
- Fixed: thumbs up or down on an assistant form is now recorded against the right answer, and your typed question is kept in the box if a test reply fails.
