Training your AI assistant is now easier to manage. Instead of one long block of text, you can keep your background information in separate, named entries.
- Give each piece of knowledge a name (up to 100 characters) so you can find and edit it quickly.
- Set the order in which entries are used, and switch individual entries on or off without deleting them.
- Add up to 50 entries, each up to 8,000 characters.
- Your existing knowledge text is kept and moved into a single entry named "General" - nothing is lost.
Your question-and-answer pairs continue to work exactly as before and remain the assistant's primary source for policy questions.
