The admin assistant can now handle pass clean-up and pass movement for you, and there are new guided tours for more of your features.
- Merge duplicate passes - when the same purchase was recorded twice, the assistant keeps the pass you choose, moves any bookings onto it and removes the duplicate. Totals are never added together.
- Roll over a balance - move the full unused balance from one of a customer's passes to another pass they own. Both purchase records are kept.
- Transfer a pass - move unused classes or points to a different customer. Give an amount, or leave it out to move the whole remaining balance.
- All three ask you to confirm before anything changes, and if the pass, direction, receiver or amount is unclear the assistant asks you once with the real pass names instead of guessing. They are available to account admins with permission to edit customer passes.
- New guided tours - Shop (products, categories, inventory, purchases and settings), Loyalty System (rewarded items, customer reward balances and global rules) and LINE Bot (connection and replies, linked LINE users, notification history). Each tour appears only once that feature is turned on for your studio.
- The customer AI chatbot tour now also covers the Knowledge page and the Evaluation space, where you can safely test replies as a customer would see them without affecting real bookings or data.
