Pass housekeeping that used to need manual work can now be handled in the assistant, with the same rules applied everywhere.
- Combine duplicate passes - when the same pass was recorded twice for a customer, the two records can be merged into one. Existing bookings, waiting-list places and cart selections move across to the pass you keep, and the duplicate is removed.
- Roll over a remaining balance - move what is left on one pass onto another pass for the same customer. Both passes keep a record of the rollover, and point values are recalculated fairly.
- Transfer unused units - send some or all of a customer's remaining balance to another customer. If you do not say how many, the full remaining balance is used, and you can never transfer more than is actually left.
Clear checks protect your records: the passes must belong to the same customer, use the same pass type, and be paid where required. Membership records, No Pass records and subscription passes are excluded, and only duplicates of the same pass can be combined. If something is not allowed, you now get a plain explanation of why.
