Messages are easier to read and act on, whether you are chatting with a customer or reading a reply.
- Web addresses in a message are now clickable links that open in a new tab, and a full stop or bracket right after a link no longer breaks it.
- Photos, videos, audio clips and documents shared in a message now appear in the conversation, with a loading indicator and a clear icon if something cannot be shown.
- Tap any photo in a message to open it full size, not just the first one.
- Shared video links from Loom and YouTube now play directly in the message.
- Documents such as PDF, CSV and Office files appear as a file card with the file name and type.
- The unread-message preview in the corner now shows small thumbnails so it stays compact and readable.
