The admin assistant can now put an already purchased pass to work on bookings a customer made without one.
- Fill a pass from existing bookings: ask the assistant to use a customer's pass for their bookings that currently have no pass. It shows every eligible booking with the earliest upcoming ones pre-selected, you tick or untick whichever rows you want, and only your final selection is applied after you confirm.
- Nothing is created or moved: only the pass attached to each selected booking changes - no class is booked, cancelled, or rescheduled - and the assistant never goes beyond the remaining visits or points on the pass.
- Clearer answers about a missing class on the calendar: when a class is hidden by the filters you have active on the calendar, the assistant now says so and points you to the filter, instead of suggesting the class is not scheduled.
- More accurate AI Chatbot usage reports: asking for the last 24 hours now covers a full 24 hours rather than only today, so activity from late the previous evening is no longer missed.
