You can now place the AI chatbot on your own website using a small piece of embed code, instead of only on a custom-domain chatbot page.
- Works on any website: paste the embed code into your site and the chatbot appears as a floating button in the bottom-right corner.
- Fits in with your site: the chatbot floats over your page with a transparent background and expands only when a visitor opens it.
- Mobile friendly: the chat opens full screen on phones and as a compact panel on larger screens.
- Greeting messages: your welcome message can now appear to visitors on your embedded website too.
- Stays hidden when turned off: if the chatbot is switched off in your settings, nothing shows on your website.
In the AI chatbot settings, the related option is now described as embedding the chatbot into an existing external website, and the field is labelled "Website domain".
