The AI assistant now keeps its Chinese answers in Traditional Chinese, so replies no longer slip into Simplified characters part-way through.
- Chat answers, including text that appears while the reply is still being written, use Traditional Chinese wording.
- Suggested quick replies, page introductions and on-screen prompts follow the same wording.
- Forms the assistant asks you to fill in, and the summaries shown on record cards, are also in Traditional Chinese.
- Messages the assistant sends to customers on LINE use Traditional Chinese, while links keep working exactly as before.
- Names already written in Traditional Chinese, such as the surnames 范 and 于, are left untouched.
