Where to find your plan info
Go to Admin → Settings → Account Information. The page shows:
- Current plan — Free, Basic, Essentials, Growth, Guru or Trial.
- Plan expiration date — when the next renewal payment is due.
- Custom Features usage — displayed as enabled / total (e.g. "3 / 5"). An infinity symbol (∞) appears if your plan has no feature cap.
- Days Remaining until expiry.
What counts toward the limit
Each custom feature has a points cost (set per-feature). When you enable a feature, its cost is added to your enabled count. If the cost of features you want exceeds your plan's included total, you either need to upgrade the plan, buy extra feature points, or start a free trial.
Some features are free (always-on) and do not count toward the limit — these have no points shown on their entry.
