Where to find your plan info
Go to Admin → Settings → Account Information. The page shows:
- Current plan — Free, Basic, Essentials, Growth, Guru or Trial.
- Plan expiration date — when the next renewal payment is due.
- Custom Features usage — displayed as enabled / total (e.g. "3 / 5"). An infinity symbol (∞) appears if your plan has no feature cap.
- Days Remaining until expiry.
What counts toward the limit
Each custom feature has a point cost. Enabled features count toward the allowance set by your subscription plan. If the total exceeds that allowance, disable unneeded features or upgrade the plan. An unused feature trial can provide temporary access after confirmation.
Features with no point cost do not consume the allowance. Separate service fees do not add general feature points; the current self-service flow does not sell point bundles.
