Why custom features exist
Different businesses need very different things from a booking system. A small yoga studio might need just basic class scheduling and passes; a large multi-site fitness chain might need branded apps, kiosks, CRM and an API. Forcing everyone to learn (and pay for) every feature would make the product worse for the small studio without making it better for the chain.
Custom features solve this by letting each business turn on only the capabilities they actually need. The admin side menu, customer app and pricing all adapt to your selection.
How to enable a custom feature
- Go to Admin → Custom Features.
- Browse the four groups (Essentials, Extras, Social Media, Professional) and find the feature you want.
- Read its description and price (shown in points and/or money).
- Click the toggle to enable. If you have enough remaining feature points in your plan, it activates immediately. If you don't, the system may offer a 7-day free trial automatically.
- Once enabled, look for the new entry in the admin side menu — that is the feature's configuration page.
