What happens when a trial is used

Each custom feature can only be trialled once per account. When the 7-day free trial of a feature ends, the feature switches off unless you have added enough custom-feature points to cover it. This article walks through what you see and what your options are.

What the feature card looks like after trial

Go to Admin → Custom Features and find the feature. After a trial has been consumed, the card shows a small "TRIAL USED" badge in its corner. The toggle either grays out (if you do not have enough points to enable normally) or remains on as a normal active feature (if you bought points or upgraded before the trial ended).

Your options after the trial

  • Buy custom-feature points from Admin → Shop to keep the feature on. The simplest path if you only want this one feature.
  • Upgrade your plan to a tier that includes this feature's cost in its ceiling. Worth it if you want several features.
  • Disable the feature and live without it. Configuration you made during the trial is preserved — if you re-enable later (after buying points), your settings come back.
  • Contact customer service to discuss a second trial. Granted case-by-case.
