What you can see
The Notification History page shows every notification the system has tried to send: customer, time, type (Pass expiring, Cart idle, Class reservation, etc.), platform (iOS / Android device model and app version, or LINE Free / Paid), and a status — green tick for sent, spinner for pending, red cross for failed.
Filters and search
Go to Admin → Settings → Notification History. Filter by:
- Customer (required).
- Status — Sent, Pending, Error, or All.
- Type — a dropdown with 40+ notification types.
The search box matches customer name, email, device model or platform.
Loading more rows
The table loads 50 rows initially. Use Load More to fetch the next 50, or Load All to pull the entire result set in one go.
