How the trial starts
From Admin → Custom Features, tap the toggle of any feature whose cost exceeds your remaining feature points. The system shows the message "You do not have enough remaining custom feature points. Enabling now starts a 7 day free trial." Confirm to start.
While the trial is active, a badge on the feature's card shows the remaining time: "Trial X days left". You can use the feature fully during this window.
One trial per feature
Trials are tracked per feature. Once used, its card shows TRIAL USED and the same account cannot start another trial automatically. To continue using the feature, you need enough available points in your subscription plan: disable unneeded features to free capacity or upgrade your plan.
If you need another trial, contact customer service to discuss it. A further trial is not guaranteed. The current self-service flow does not sell general feature-point bundles.
