How the trial starts
From Admin → Custom Features, tap the toggle of any feature whose cost exceeds your remaining feature points. The system shows the message "You do not have enough remaining custom feature points. Enabling now starts a 7 day free trial." Confirm to start.
While the trial is active, a badge on the feature's card shows the remaining time: "Trial X days left". You can use the feature fully during this window.
One trial per feature
Trials are tracked per feature — once a trial has been used, the feature's card shows a "TRIAL USED" badge and you cannot start another trial for it on the same account. If you want continued access after the trial ends, either upgrade your plan to include that feature or purchase additional feature points.
If you genuinely need another trial (e.g. testing a use case for a different location), contact our customer service — they can re-enable a trial on a case-by-case basis.
