What this notification does
The "Upcoming reservation" notification reminds customers of an upcoming class booking a configurable number of minutes before class start. It fires once per reservation and is delivered via push notification (the app) and/or LINE if your business has LINE messaging enabled.
How to enable
- Go to Admin → Custom Features → Advanced Notifications → Customer → Class reservations.
- Turn on the Upcoming reservation toggle (app), the LINE toggle, or both.
- Pick the trigger timing — options are 30 minutes, 1, 2, 3, 6, 12 or 24 hours, or 2 / 3 days before class. Default is 3 hours.
- Click Edit on the row to customise the title and body using placeholders like CLASS_NAME, CLASS_TIME, INSTRUCTOR, CLASS_ROOM and CUSTOMER_NAME.
- Save.
Customer-side controls
Each customer can disable this reminder for themselves in their account notification preferences. The customer-side toggle key is notification_customer_preferences_upcoming_reservation.
