Send pass expiry reminders

Two related notifications

Two different notifications cover passes nearing the end of their life:

• Pass reminder — fires a configurable number of hours before the pass expires (e.g. 1 week before).
• Pass expiring badge — visual badge shown on the admin attendance table when a pass is within the days-remaining or visits-remaining threshold you set in Pass Settings.

How to enable the pass reminder

1. Go to Admin → Custom Features → Advanced Notifications → Customer → Passes.
2. Turn on the Pass reminder toggle.
3. Pick when it should fire — 1 to 6 days, or 1, 2 or 3 weeks before expiry. Default is 1 week.
4. Pick the restriction:
   • Restrict by active — only the customer's most recently purchased pass triggers.
   • Restrict by type — only the last pass of each pass type triggers.
   • No restriction — every expiring pass triggers.
5. Save.

How to set the expiry badge thresholds

Go to Admin → Settings → Pass → Pass expiring or nearly full. Set days-remaining and visits-remaining thresholds; either one triggers the badge in the admin view.
