Where the Information tab lives
Open any location from the locations list to enter its edit page. The first tab, labelled Information, is selected by default. Within this tab the sub-navigation uses pills rather than full tabs, so you can jump quickly between Important Information, Social, Contact Person, and the other groups without losing your place.
Anything you change here is saved against this single branch only — sibling locations are unaffected.
Required vs optional fields
The Important Information section is where the public-facing essentials live:
- Name — required. This is the label customers see in pickers, emails, and on the home page.
- Phone — optional but strongly recommended.
- Address — bilingual, with separate English and Chinese inputs so each customer sees the address in their own language.
Optional fields can be left empty and revisited later. The name field is the only one that blocks saving.
Logo & cover photos
Upload a square logo for the branch — this is the thumbnail shown on the locations list and in many customer-facing surfaces.
You can also upload up to four cover photo slots. Cover photos appear at the top of the customer-facing per-location home page and rotate through whatever you upload. Empty slots are simply skipped, so it is fine to start with just one photo and add more later.
