Where the Setting is

The "Hide pass information from customer" setting lets clients book classes or appointments without first being required to purchase a pass. This is useful for free intro classes, drop-in trial sessions, guest bookings, or any service where payment happens in person after an evaluation. To enable it, go to your business settings and toggle on the option shown below.


Once activated, the pricing plan and payment steps are hidden from the customer-facing booking flow. Customers simply register an account, choose an available time slot, and confirm the booking without being prompted to buy a pass. This lowers the entry barrier for new clients and is the recommended setup if you want to attract first-time bookings without payment friction.
