Let Clients Book Without a Pass

Can customers book appointments without purchasing a pass?Yes. If your business model involves in-person evaluation and payment, such as:1. Dental care (e.g., orthodontics)2. Permanent makeup and tattoos3. Legal consultations4. Financial advisory services5. Interior design and renovation estimates6. Pet training programsyou can enable the "Hide pass information from customer" setting.Once enabled, customers only need to register an account to book a time slot. They won't be required to select a pricing plan or complete any payment during the booking process. This helps streamline scheduling and lowers the entry barrier for new clients.

Where the Setting is

The "Hide pass information from customer" setting lets clients book classes or appointments without first being required to purchase a pass. This is useful for free intro classes, drop-in trial sessions, guest bookings, or any service where payment happens in person after an evaluation. To enable it, go to your business settings and toggle on the option shown below.

Once activated, the pricing plan and payment steps are hidden from the customer-facing booking flow. Customers simply register an account, choose an available time slot, and confirm the booking without being prompted to buy a pass. This lowers the entry barrier for new clients and is the recommended setup if you want to attract first-time bookings without payment friction.

Allow Customers to Transfer Pass by Themselves

Allow customers to transfer their passes to others. This feature is disabled by default. If you allow customers to transfer passes to others, you can turn on this feature on the following location:Settings → Pass Settings → Transfer Pass There are two different types for customers to transfer passes:Transfer via Code: Customers generate a "Transfer Code" which they can share with others. Other customers use this code to complete the transfer and get the pass.Immediate Transfer: Enable it to allow customers to search for other registered customers in your studio and directly transfer their passes to them.
