Enable Multiple Locations & how it's billed

Find Multiple Locations under Admin → Custom Features → Extras, start a 7-day free trial if needed, and see how each additional branch is billed in points.

Where to enable it

Multiple Locations is a Custom Feature in the Extras group. To turn it on:

  1. Go to Admin → Custom Features
  2. Open the Extras group
  3. Find Multiple Locations in the list
  4. Toggle it on

Once enabled, the Locations menu becomes available in the admin sidebar so you can create your second, third, and additional branches.

Free trial flow

When you toggle Multiple Locations on, the system checks whether your current points balance is enough to cover the upcoming billing cycle.

If your balance is insufficient, an alert appears offering a 7-day free trial. During the trial:

  • You can create and use additional locations immediately
  • No points are deducted for the 7-day window
  • At the end of the trial, the regular per-extra-location pricing applies

If your balance already covers the cost, the feature simply turns on without a trial prompt and billing begins right away.

Per-extra-location pricing

Your primary location is always free. Each additional active location costs the points specified by custom_features_points — typically 5 points per extra branch.

The billing formula is:

max(activeLocations − 1, 1) × points_per_location

Example: if you operate 3 active locations at 5 points each, you pay 2 extras × 5 = 10 points per cycle.

Your current points balance and the per-extra cost are visible on the Custom Features page next to the Multiple Locations toggle, so you can confirm what each billing cycle will deduct before turning anything on.
