Add-on items
The spa's appointment services are the Signature facial (60 minutes), the Body wrap and the Hydrotherapy session. Two Standalone items under Appointments → Addons → Items:
- Herbal tea ritual — Price 200, Duration 10, Scope Per Person, Linking Mode Standalone, Classes: all three. Every guest sits for their own ten-minute tea, so the fee is per person and the hold grows by 10 minutes.
- Bath-salts gift set — Price 450, Duration 0, Scope Per Booking, Standalone, Classes: all three. One boxed set per booking, no extra time.
An add-on group
Every Signature facial includes a mask, and the therapist must know which before preparing the room, so use a Single (Required) group. Create Hydrating mask (Price 300), Brightening mask (Price 350) and Calming mask (Price 300), all Duration 0 and Linking Mode Part of Group. Then create the group Facial mask, Selection Mode Single (Required), Scope Per Person — a duo facial means two masks — Classes: Signature facial only. The booking cannot be confirmed until a mask is chosen.
An add-on service
Foot reflexology is a 30-minute appointment service with its own therapists, so it is an add-on class. Under Addons → Classes create: Main Class Signature facial, Addon Class Foot reflexology, Scheduling Parallel with Same Instructor off — a second therapist works on the feet while the facial continues, so the hold stays 60 minutes and the time is offered only when another connected therapist is free for 30 of them. Leave Price and Duration Override blank.
What the customer sees
Two friends book a Signature facial for 2 attendees. The summary shows the Herbal tea ritual and Bath-salts gift set tick boxes, the Facial mask block and Foot reflexology as configured. Because Facial mask is Single (Required), the confirm button stays disabled until a mask is chosen; Brightening mask adds 2 × 350 because the group is Per Person. The gift set adds 450 once. Ticking Herbal tea ritual adds 2 × 200 and lengthens the hold from 60 to 70 minutes, so a time that no longer fits before the room's next guest is not offered.
Changing add-ons later
Most common edits:
- Add a Collagen mask — create it as Part of Group, then add it to Facial mask under the group's Addons.
- Raise Herbal tea ritual to 250 — edit the item's Price on the Items tab.
- Archive the Lunar New Year gift set — it leaves pickers and new bookings; past bookings keep it.
- Offer Bath-salts gift set on the Hydrotherapy session only — untick the other classes in the item's Classes pill.
You can also ask the assistant to make any of these changes.
