Add-on items
Timetabled pole levels take no add-ons — they apply to appointment services only — so the examples use the Private pole lesson (60 minutes) and the Routine coaching session. Two Standalone items under Appointments → Addons → Items:
- Extra 30 minutes — Price 500, Duration 30, Scope Per Booking, Linking Mode Standalone, Classes: both. The pole and instructor are held for 90 minutes; the fee is charged once.
- Lesson video recap — Price 300, Duration 0, Scope Per Person, Standalone, Classes: Private pole lesson. Each student receives her own edited clip, so a shared lesson pays twice.
An add-on group
Students use one grip aid per session, so use a Single (Optional) group. Create Dry grip powder (Price 100), Liquid chalk (Price 80) and Grip gloves hire (Price 120), all Duration 0 and Linking Mode Part of Group. Then create the group Grip aid, Selection Mode Single (Optional) — students who bring their own pick None — Scope Per Person because each student needs her own, Classes: Private pole lesson and Routine coaching session.
An add-on service
A Flexibility session is a 30-minute appointment service of its own, so it is an add-on class. Under Addons → Classes create: Main Class Private pole lesson, Addon Class Flexibility session, Scheduling Sequential with Use Buffer Times off — the same instructor moves straight to the mats while the student is warm. Leave the overrides blank. The slot is offered only when the instructor is free for the full 90 minutes.
What the customer sees
Two friends book a Private pole lesson for 2 attendees. The summary shows the Extra 30 minutes and Lesson video recap tick boxes, the Grip aid block (Dry grip powder, Liquid chalk, Grip gloves hire, None) and the Flexibility session as configured. Video recap adds 2 × 300 and Liquid chalk 2 × 80, both Per Person. Ticking Extra 30 minutes adds 500 once and lengthens the hold from 60 to 90 minutes, so a start time that runs into the evening group class is no longer offered. Grip aid is Single (Optional), so confirming does not wait on it.
Changing add-ons later
Most common edits:
- Add Grip spray to Grip aid — create it as Part of Group, then add it under the group's Addons.
- Raise Lesson video recap to 350 — edit the item's Price on the Items tab.
- Archive the Showcase-season Costume fitting item — it leaves pickers and new bookings; past bookings keep it.
- Offer Lesson video recap on the Routine coaching session too — tick the class in the item's Classes pill.
You can also ask the assistant to make any of these changes.
